The first is the Model 1903/38(converted to 8MM) The only discription is listed under the 1903 model.A 7.65x53mm chambering with a 29" bbl w/ full length pistol grip style stock It has an upper 1/2 length handguard. According to the Standard Catalog of Military Firearms There are three Mausers with the "#*" in the model designation. ![]()
